This place costed us just shy of $200 Australian per night. Bargain for the location and it being self contained.   The staff were very helpful. I booked a single room and they called to see how I was doing after they checked me in. When I said the room was small, they transferred me to a bigger room within moments - and it even had a bowl of fruit in it. All beds are comfortable, very clean, room had all facilities you need, the area around the hotel is very quiet and very new. Deserves the 4 stars and very valuable. Last but not least, there's a supermarket near by! - The Park Grand guest rooms were small but stylish, with nice clean functional bathrooms. The location is within a five minute walk to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations and all points in London are easily accessible via the tube. The breakfast was the tatsiest I found in the area. The staff were very professional, unfailingly cheerful, very helpful and very obliging. I would recommend guests stay at the hotel for either business or pleasure.
