The extremely courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiatic staff, made me feel happy and totally welcome from the moment that I arrived at the Ampersand, until the minute that I climbed into my taxi for the airport. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

we stayed in the four bedroomed apartment as we were a large group of nine and they put in a spare bed for us and left two litres of fresh milk in the fridge. The apartment is on two floors with huge balconies and is perfect for large groups or multiple family members. the shutlle service was helpful and flexible. -

Near to Earls Court venue which is where we were going. Easy walking distance (5mins) had bar and restaurant on site but also nearby, also had parking - hotel and stafff vedry clean and friendly. also rooms very clean
