  Everything was amazing quality staff, rooms, food, location and price! All 4 of us really enjoyed the stay and next trip to Manchester we won't be looking to stay anywhere else! - It is a really nice pub clean and tidy, good prices for rooms Good location to town centre. Would stay there again

  The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite as a result of our forthcoming wedding. This was an amazing suite and we were made to feel like Royalty.   I like everything about that hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly, family environment. Very helpful, nice please people the reviews that you are seeing are just fake, the hotel is clean, bathroom as well, not noisy, I mean very nice. I am a frequent traveler, I go to many countries and I did like the Citi. The staff were very helpful the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and adequately supplied with tea and coffeee making facilties. Big and clean room. Complimentaru fair trade coffee, tea,chicolate. In the clean big bathroom there were even body lotions! Breakfast rich and plentiful. A real bargain for this price.
