Everything! The apartment was nice, clean and tidy. It had a stove and oven, a fridge and a sink (so a fully equipped kitchen). There was also a TV in the room with some 10-15 British TV channels, so we had something to watch before bedtime. The bathroom was very clean. There was liquid soap, toilet paper and clean towels waiting for us. Generally, the apartment was everything it promised to be in the description here on Booking. Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby

The Westland is far enough away from the very centre of town but within easy reach of all main stream attractions . The location is great, a few bus stops from chief tourist attractions, walking distance from a very nice park (Regent park), very close to the Tube station (Baker St.). The bus on the way back from day trips into the city stops right at the door of the hotel - very convenient when you are tired from all the walking :) The room was tidy and comfort

This is the second time I chose Marylebone Inn Hotel and I do not regret that choice. The hotel is superbly located in the city with a short walk to the underground, bus and other vehicles. The hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming and will help you with whatever it may be.
The recent renovated rooms make the experience even better.
If you want a central underlying hotel with good standard I recommend you to book next stay in London here.

I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in
