friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with our trip and to
make sure we were comfortable with our stay. The breakfasts were great
and they even made other guest's meals that weren't even on the
menu!! They both work really hard and long hours and always have a smile
on their faces. They made the start of our trip to Edinburgh.

This is a family guesthouse, and that explains why you feel so much at home there. The floor cover, design and dining room all make you feel a special guest. Breakfasts icluded, wifi is free. homely feel due to there being all the facilities such as a clean cooker, washing machine..etc that we required for our stay. also liked the fact that it was an apartment that we could come and go as we pleased rather than having to go to a hotel reception for the keys or throgh a reception area and also that we did not have to leave the room to go

The apartment is very located to the city center(10 mins walk). You don't need the car because evrything is at your fingertips. The place is quiet and very close to Tesco supermarket.
