This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. Would stay again - The manager was SO helpful. My partner has MS and the manager went out of his way to make sure all was ok for us. He was just very kind and helpful. This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget.
It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
Each staff member was friendly and efficient.
Seriously, the room looked like it had never been used, great bed, fresh new towels, strong shower wooden floor etc .......

Lovely hotel..very clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi was easy to connect to. Bed was small for 2 but comfy. Overall the room has state of the art technology making it very echo friendly. It was rather impressive! Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.

Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
