Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   the most enjoyable aspect of our stay would have to be the "apartment-like" feel of the room. we had a small kitchen, wich provided us the ability of spending less eating out every day, considering the price-tabs in london restaurants. in addition, the hotel has the perfect location for those who intend to move around the city mostly by tube. it ha... что говорят » s an underground entrace only 2 min away - The location was excellent. Our apartment had recently been refurbished to a VERY high standard. By far, the best value for the money in London. The staff is available 24 hrs. a day and were very friendly and efficient. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!
