  Очень чистый и аккцратный номер, особенно по сравнению с прочими лондонскими отелями. Все необходимое в номере было - гели, шампуни, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, интернет и прочее. Прекрасный завтрак, отличный персонал, отель расположен в прекрасном районе, близко к метро. - Удобное месторасположение, комфортный номер, хотя и скромных размеров. Но ... что говорят » есть гладильная доска, чайник с чаем сливками ти кофе, две бутылки минеральной воды каждый день и печенье, всё включено в стоимость. Неплохой, но однообразный завтрак, за 4 дня надоел. Самая большая претензия - плохая звукоизоляция окон - всю ночь слышно движение транспорта по Бэйсуотер, хотя окна у меня выходили на С.Петерб

  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They graciously upgraded our room at a very good price. The view over Kensingtown Garden was beautiful. We could even see the London Eye. The Garden rooms are well worth the extra money. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
