Central hotel, very comtemporary and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant staff were particularly professional and helpful. The bar food was good also. All the staff, especially reception were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was ideally suited for my needs. - It was centrally located in the centre of Edinburgh. The prices were reasonable and the service was very good.

These are student apartments, so quite basic but clean, modern and centrally located. The bed was comfortable with nice white cotton bed-linen. We stayed for 3 nights for the Festival and found it ideal to be so near everything + able to make tea etc.. in between shows!

The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from Haymarket station and also easily accesible from the airport. Besides, the main attractions are also located within walking distance. No sweat!

The attention of the staff to make sure you were settled in.
The staff had put on the heating in the room in advance so it was lovely and warm.
I was leaving before breakfast started and they had laid out cereal and toast making facilities to use.
They have spent a lot of money on new carpets and upgrading bathrooms to make them clean and very fresh.
Very strong and secure wi-fi
