The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. -

The hotel is just awesome. I loved the location /close to Oxford street, near Easy bus stop/, hotel staff was really helpful and nice, lovely breakfast and clean and comfortable room. We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra

The location was quite good. You can walk many different sides of the City just in at most 15-20 min. The room was large enough and well equipped for such a hotel.
