  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.   I thought that the staff were very helpful, there were five of us traveling with two disabled one wheel chair, i found that there was two steps to get in the hotel like they said when i emailed them which was fine as the wheelchair bumped up fine and although the room was not "disabled" the person could get out the chair and walk round the room fin... что говорят » e with her sticks. The room, although small, was very comfortable, clean and everything including the shower/bathroom worked fine. The full english breakfast was promptly served and hot, a credit to the waitress and chef. All in all, this hotel provides a convenient, clean and comfortable stay, with a nice breakfast to follow.

  The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
