  This b&b is excellent in every way. The Georgian home is most welcoming, and is as elegantly decorated as it is comfortable. The breakfast menu is as varied as you would find in the best hotel, and is beautifully presented by a pleasant staff. This will be my "Edinburgh home". - The room was well stocked with complimentary bottles of water every day. A lovely china tea service with a selection of teas and shortbread cookies as well as chocolates were in the room every day. The soaps and shampoo were ample and well stocked. The bed, couch and chairs were very comfortable and the room was large and had beautiful big windows. It is also situated in a lovely quiet area with access to private gardens nearby.

  All our stay was perfect. The bedroom was just like the one in the pictures. Very clean and comfy. Great double bed. Perfect with tea/coffee/chocolate facilities in the room. Double glass window.   Heather was extremely nice and welcoming during our stay and we had a wonderful time at The Hedges. Breakfast is excellent and more than readies you for a full day of walking around the city.
