  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. Very clean- Location superb- Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.   The location of the hotel was really nice. It's a few minutes walk from Paddington station and very easy to find it. I guess no one gets lost on arrival. Also, it was easy to get to Baker Street on foot. Not only that, but there are so many nice pubs and eateries near the hotel and you can enjoy a lot of delicious food and good beer - I only stayed one night before going to Heathrow airport. The room I received was basic but very clean with a nice attempt at modernization; these hotel buildings in this area are all around 100 years old or more, most being Listed (historical) making modernization difficult or impossible. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located three blocks from Paddington Station in London, which was excellent for me.

Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. The room was cleaned, the towels and coffee/ tea were replenished every day. The wifi connection was excellent! - The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.

  Замечательные апартаменты! В Лондоне уже в 5 раз. Впервые такое удачное сочетание цены и качества. Всегда останавливались в 4 заездах, в этот раз рискнула остановится в 3! Не пожалела. Конечно, фото, как обычно, не соответствует действительности, все гораздо проще, но все очень удобно. Мебель простая без изысков, матрацы достаточно удобные. Спать ... что говорят » комфортно. Бронировали 2-х комнатные апартаменты, а получили 3-х комнатные, очень просторные с 2-мя с/у. Кухня хорошо оборудована, все работало исправ - Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.
