Great for a group -
Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great
communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again
and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels,
washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone
else falling through the bed slats!

I had a super great night here. Phill and Louis are super super super friendly and helpful.
Convenient location!! Close to the seafront, also not far away from the city center. The room might not be very big, but definitely comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again. -

Other reviews indicated trouble with showers: this was not the case in our room which had an electrical shower. Bonus was Ren products in the bathroom.

The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a very good size. We loved the feeling of grandeur and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
