I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area
