  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... что говорят » Lily. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us.
