I am very pleased with the relation quality of services - price. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the lively Camden area, 2 steps away from the subway. The room I stayed was clean, new furniture, comfortable bed and very important clean bed sheets and clean bathroom. Last but not least very friendly staff. I'll definetly stay there

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town.
Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times.

I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great.
The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay.
The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant.

Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The staff were helpful and cheerful at all times, the setting elegant and peaceful. The continental and English breakfasts were well done and satisfying. On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint.
