  Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was great fun with the karaoke and pool table and the location is ideal.   Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast!   The friendliness of all of the staff. How apologetic the staff were regarding the lack of parking spaces (see What didn't you like?) Very easy check in and check out procedure. Check out time was also extended by half hour for us. The bar was good and open late. Breakfast was nice.
