  Loved everything about this place! 10 of us stayed for a 50th birthday and we couldn't have been made more welcome. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was great fun with the karaoke and pool table and the location is ideal. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

  The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The hotel was fresh and smelt lovely throughout. The breakfast was lovely and a good size and again the dining area could not be faulted.
