  A very good BnB great bed in the king size room. Wasn't too keen on the full English breakfast but my partner enjoyed it. The owners are very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi fair, it also meant we could get off and start the day. Hotel is well placed for the town centre (about a 20 minute walk) and the sea front and I have to say that this was our first visit to Brighton and we were both very impressed. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.
