The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. Though only booked a double ensuite, we were given a large family room with microwave/fridge etc., rather overwhelmed by large set of bunk beds which of course we did not need, but enjoyed the extra space and kitchen facilities. The letsbookhotel.com price was very much reduced for our nights, so it seemed a bargain.Tiny shower room seemed very clean. Easy walk from Victoria.

Perfect location in a very quiet area but very close to King Cross station. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking.
