Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either.
Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.

An absolute luxury stay and example of impeccable design and service. we were treated so well from start to end of our stay by all the staff. i wish i could have stayed longer but it was for my birthday treat so just one night. i also had afternoon tea which was an amazing experience and one i would wholeheartedly recommend! -
