The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

The room and the bathroom were so clean. The staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful with all our enquires.   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.
