  Everything!!! I felt welcomed as an individual and I felt at ease themoment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my staywould be an enjoyable one and indeed it was! The location was perfectwith the underground and St.Pancras station within arm's reach. Since Iarrived by train from Paris, it couldn't be more convenient! The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We loved the free internet and music library through the TV. The price we paid was as fantastic as the room, with a saving of over 1/2 the price. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

  Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.   I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.   I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit
