An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

Lovely hotel, brand new 2010, good location near Ilford Station and Gants Hill tube station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, health breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We felt like home.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies in the room as well as a hair dryer and a euro/shaver plug adaptor. Bathroom was clean. Can't comment on use of the shower as I didn't use it.
In regards to keys, it's a card based system so there's no faffing about with key fobs.

Reception staff very helpfull and kind. Night shift reception. You are the man!!! Me and my friend came to London for 4 days. Our team Olympiacos took the Euroleague championship and then we left. Citybest Hotel was the best budget option we could find close to the O2 Arena. Rooms clean, towels, sheets clean, close to Rail station. -

Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was! Great price great location for getting the tube into the centre. Beefeater was decent family food too! Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was fantastic too -

I loved everything from the time of arrival to the time of departure, everything was first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, everything was perfect, facilities, rooms & above all staff were excellent. Fantastic experience. I will be returning there in a few months time, staff were so accommodating nothing was to much trouble. I had an issue with the shared bathroom, I was without a further question given a larger room at the same price as it would of been inconvenient for 3 ladies to b

The breakfast was excellent and the room with the tv service was also good. The room was nice and warm with a good radiator and the water was hot. I did like that I could make my own coffee and tea inside the hotel room. Also loved that there was a fridge to put my food and drinks inside to keep it cool. - friendly staff

Everything was all right. Small but clean rooms, perfect breakfasts, daily clean towels, comfortable bed, friendly staff. To city center it takes only 20 minutes by train and hotel is approximatelly 5 minutes from train / bus stop, close to hotel are shops (Tesco, Lidl etc.). We can recommend. -

Ilford surely is a poorer part of London, but the people are nice.
Bath room looked quite new and was very clean (I experienced the opposite some days ago in a 5* Hotel für more den 250 pound near the St. Pauls Cathedral).

We loved how quiet the area was, and were it was located from the train station, it wasnt on the night street if was off a side road which we preferred, and we found that the roomwasnt overly big but we quite like our comforts being close, the shower was lovely, my boyfriend didnt want to get out of it... we would definately stay again. the woman on reception was helpful and at night when we couldnt work the key for our room a gentleman soon came to help. i would recomend this hotel.
