  The young man who checked both myself and my colleague into the hotel was extremely good at Customer Service. Access to bus stop. A bit of a walk, but worth it not to have to drive. Disability friendliness. Although we didn't need the Disability access of our room, it looks as though it was very well designed with no gaps for access.
