We stayed in the new wing and this was wonderful. Clean, new and very comfortable. I really recommend that if you are staying here you request the refurbished new wing because our friend was staying in a room next to the bar which was tired and far less comfortable than ours. - space

I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating!
The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a
quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. This is the best budget price hotel in London area, truly outstanding for two people for one night with full breakfast for £60 (it would have been £54 if we could have risked the pre pay option). The breakfast alone was almost worth £60 at London prices!
