The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all polite and attentive and made us feel very welcome.

I stayed on 3 separate occasions over a 10-day period.
Rooms - well set out with all expected facilities, and especially good desk/working area. Comfortable beds and easy to control ventilation. Overall excellent for a business-related stay.
Ability to check in very late evening was extremely useful, and the check-in and check-out procedures (and paying) were very quick an efficient.
Useful to be able to get a good sandwich after arrival late on a Sunday evening.
