The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

Lovely house, pleasant owners/staff, but above all, the location. Next to Gatwick Airport (but very quiet) and very near local railway station with frequent trains to London (45 min. journey). Also, only a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket, etc. Ideal for Gatwick flights and visiting the capital without paying London hotel prices, esp. if travelling with children.

Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find
a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a

Excellent! Extremely friendly, helpful and curteous staff. Very clean and well decorated rooms, with good bathroom facilites. Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!

The service was excellent and the room was actually a really good value! We arrived fairly late at Gatwick and the shuttle was still running. Hotelier booked a cab back to Gatwick for us the next day that arrived exactly on time and was extremely reasonable. Good breakfast and comfortable atmosphere! Both Clive and Carmel were very welcoming and accommodating in their approach and nothing seemed too much trouble for them when asked. The only disappointment for us was that leaving so early in the morning we did not get to eat the full English breakfast. I'm sure it would have matched the other high standards, but there's always next time !!!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future.

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

I liked staying there a lot. I have allergies to perfumed substances
,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even
softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The

When the temperature of the room was colder than I was comfortable with
and there was noise from tree work in the back, our host changed our
room immediately to one which was warmer and quieter. He also suggested
an excellent dinner place which was within easy walking distance and
helped in other ways. Breakfast was tasty..although when will the Brits
stop using that 'radiator' toast hangers so the toast is cold
before the cooked part arrives! I would be happy to use Gatwick Turret

This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and they held our bags until we returned at 8pm. They also allowed us to change in the laundry room and even offered us a cup of tea although the restaurant was not yet open. Lovely clean, fresh and comfortable family room. -
