Bathrooms modern and clean.
If you want to stay out of central downtown, are driving a car and take buses and tours, this works very well. Some signs of wear and tear here and there but it has the character of an older building which was exactly what I was looking for in Scotland. The downstairs sitting room with snacks and bar fridge a nice feature. Business office available.

Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.

Really enjoyed our stay - you could not meet a nicer or more genuine couple than Dot and her husband. The room was really nice with a lovely shower and big tv. The location is outside of the city but the bus stops every 5 mins just outside of the hotel so its ideal and you avoid the heavy parking charges for staying in the centre.
