  Very friendly hosts who upon learning it was our son's birthday, showed up with a birthday balloon! You cannot beat the location for exploring Loch Ness. The property was charming, very clean and very relaxing.   The room was nice, we really liked the mini fridge especially since there's not a lot of options for eating out unless you want to make the 20-25 min trip to Inverness which is where we got our groceries. Still cute hotel, great staff. - The staff were really good
