  very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. Convenient for dining out, pubs, restaurant with in easy walking distance. - The owners were ... что говорят » lovely people, very welcoming and helpfull. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and had a fab sense of humour too !! Rooms clean comfortable and cosy, breakfast very tasty. Owners even gave lift to NEC to save us struggling with parking for the Horse of the Year Show!! Couldn't ask for more !!!

  The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom. There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary). We booked a single room and a double room for 1 night.The - Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again

  Very friendly welcome, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, large choice of teas/coffees in room, bottled water replenished daily, good quality toiletries including toothpaste - very useful! Powerful shower, bathrobe and lovely soft towels. Fabulous breakfast in lovely bright conservatory room. Not the weather to go in the garden - but looked ver... что говорят » y nice from the window! A very pleasant stay -would definitely recommend. - Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport. We would visit again without hesitation..
