From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! That is what i call service, without their help we could not have attended the event. Than

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. The staff at the Belfast Hilton were extremely helpful and forthcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was amazing to sleep in. I never wanted to get out of it. ... что говорят » tely recommend this hotel to friends and family. - Everything, it was worthy of a 5* - it had an ironing board and iron in the room, wine glasses, ice bucket, hairdryer, flatscreen T.V., clothes line in bathroom, ice machine in corridor, dressing gown, sewing kit, mini bar etc. It was fantastic and the bed was huge. Lovely view of water from window as well. They also let us check in quite a bit earlier.

Helpful staff. Very clean apartment with all facilities. Milk, bread and cereals were provided on arrival very thoughtful. Great location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Will definitely recommend to others.
