Clean, nice, new and comfortable rooms. The location and shuttle bus were extremely convenient for our early flight making the price worth it. - Cleanness, staff, breakfast, it is quiet, good ventilation, veryeuropean, cousy rooms.

We arrived to Stansted well after midnight so it was great to be able to just walk to the hotel and not worry about transportation. It really was just a few minutes walk, just as they promised. It has just been refurbished and the accomodation was excellent. What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

Host met me at the door quite late (she stayed up to welcome me), a take away breakfast was provided, and the shuttles to the airport were great - I left at 0430h. - Homely, friendly and courteous staff.Close by village centre, perfect location for Stansted airport, free shuttle service to the airport and value for money.

We loved that staying here was about as close to being in your own home as you can get. The location is perfect for getting to Stansted airport quickly. The room was everything you could hope for in a bed and breakfast with super comfy beds and wonderful choices for breakfast to include freshly baked croissants made to order. Free parking, free wifi, open stocked kitchen, toys for the kids to play with, close to IWM Duxford and Cambridge and warm welcoming owners...what more could you need?

Our room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The bed & bedding were superb. We really enjoyed our evening meal, which is several cuts above 'pub grub'. The breakfast was especially good, with a wide range of choices, like the delicious Eggs Florentine I had. The service was very efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The settin is a perfect example of an English village with a village green, & was very peaceful.

We stayed one night - made very welcome - had a lovely walk round the lovely village and then a great swim in the pool - there was only us in the pool - what a treat.Excellent situation to get into london - in fact we were in central London all parked up and ready to go by 8 am - having left the hotel at 6.45 - (thus cant comment on the breakfast

Food was really nice. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy at all.
Bed was super comfy, had a great nights sleep.
Pool was nice enough, and the steam room was nice to relax in.
