Would highly recommend this hotel. - The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The food excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely position and grounds and although we didnt go into the club we could have booked through reception.

The lady at reception (unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was originally from South Africa) was incredibly helpful and informative. A pleasure to deal with and provided great customer service - she is a total asset to the hotel. -

The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone. Would def recommend this hotel, and would use it again myself. - Pretty good actually, free swimming pool, gym facilities

It's a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is also excellent. We have stayed there several times and have enjoyed the restful atmosphere. - The helpful attitude of the hotel staff, and the rooms were clean pleasant, the breakfast provided was first class, as was the parking provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Elizabeth House Hotel. Our double room was lovely, very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, in particular the young lady who checked us in at the front reception desk. As we had never visited Southampton before, we had a few tourist type questions and the young lady was happy to help us and answered all of our questions. The traqnquility of the surroundings, dedicated commitment of the staff(not in your face but available to carry out every request made) and theluxury of the restaurant. - The club was lovely, we used the pool as much as we could.
