After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel. The room spacious and very clean.Full mini bar,complimentary water and alcohol, tea and coffee supplied.Free shuttle service running 24hours.Couldnt ask for more

Bewleys was ideal for a night before and a night after a week in Egypt where we had to leave early in the morning and returned late at night. It was easy to find and there was good and reasonable car parking. The courtesy bus to and from the airport terminal was prompt and obliging. The transport to and from the airport was always on time and the staff knew which terminal I needed, even when I did not. The room was comfortable and surprisingly silent, given that it is right next to an airport. The room had everything I needed, and the cleanliness was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! - I was most impressed with the food provided

It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
