We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were a

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. We came with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night we thought the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the pool fantastic . The staff were Also very helpful and friendly. Maybe could have had a bit more choice for dinner but otherwise food lovely . Would highly recommend this hotel and have done X
