The staff were superb. They were very helpful and friendly and were always there to help out. This was the same in the restaurant/pub next door. This was also a bonus as they served an excellent breakfast here which was available until 10:30am. Warm friendly welcome, spotlessly clean, rooms really homely and the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in ages! Plenty of mirrors for getting ready and a well stocked tea tray. They've just got it so right! I'm converted to premier inn for the future now,sorry Travelodge!

We were attending my sisters wedding and this Premier Inn was local, excellent value and great quality. The facilities were good and kept clean and tidy. Muriel was extremely helpful as my daughter was staying at the local hospital. She made every effort for my stay to be as easy as possible, even leaving the keys at the hospital for me to collect from there. She has a lot of guests who stay to be close by the Abbey Pines so can give lots of advice for visitors! -

quiet, very nice and helpful receptionists, comfortable beds, bus/Metro easy to reach, freshly renovated clean room. would stay there again for sure. transfer to airport ~15minutes by taxi - The room was comfortable,the shower was excellent, lovely hot water, good pressure. Enjoyed the art on the corridor walls.

The fact that the reception staff are extremely welcoming, the food from the table table restaurant next door is good, it's quiet - so a good nights sleep is easy to come by and it's very close to the office that I am visiting. -

The young man on reception was very welcoming & informative. The room was smaller than expected but clean with a small bathroom with a shower cubicle. Slept with the window open and could hear the distant motorway traffic. The attached pub was ok, at early evening a lot of kids so the noise level was quite high. -
