I booked Alderley Edge as a present for our parents Golden Wedding and 70th birthday celebration. They were going to RHS flower show at Tatton Park so the hotel was a perfect 'base'. My parents had a lovely room at the front of the Hotel (which was quieter) and the staff couldn't do enough for them. A card was provided from the Hotel which my parents greatly appreciated. In organising the weekend the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel!

Muriel was extremely helpful as my daughter was staying at the local hospital. She made every effort for my stay to be as easy as possible, even leaving the keys at the hospital for me to collect from there. She has a lot of guests who stay to be close by the Abbey Pines so can give lots of advice for visitors! -

Lovely room with a superbly comfortable bed and really safe and convenient location. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts are friendly and helpful - I accidentally interrupted their dinner (was a late check in) and they still helped me get oriented towards where to find dinner for myself, with no rush or making feel uncomfortable. My room was spacious, comfortable and warm. It was also lovely and quiet so I had a good night's sleep. The view from the window was lovely too. The food was beautifully cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

What an amazing place Ian & his partner have created!!! Stayed in the merlin suite, totally magical. Next time we book we will stay in the Camelot suite & bring are two teenage boys.
