Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.

This is a rarity, a lovely small hotel, locally managed and with oodles of character. The staff care about their jobs and wish to see that their guests have a wonderful time. Top this off with a great kitchen, enviable room appointments, nice bathrooms. It's a winning mix for an airport hotel. So much more desirable than the big concrete boxes

Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel itself is very welcoming and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. I love staying here and would chose it everytime.

I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

Upon arrival we allready knew we booked the right place ! We were welcomed as coming home. The B&B is very close to the metrostation (3 minutes walk) and from there you can go to Manchester in just 15 minutes. We can highly recommend this B&B when visiting Manchester ! friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre.
Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK.
Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre.

We had 2 bedroom appartment which was spacious and well equiped. I liked the fact there was tea/ coffee/washing up liqued and cloths. The linen and towels were excellent. certainly stay here agian on next visit to Manchester. Tram runs out from city centre and appartments only a few mins walk. Booth's shop round the corner has everything you would require for a stay. Lovely food and drink products.

we got upgraded to a suite due to the comtemperary rooms being overbooked. the room was beautiful, the size of an apartment and the staff couldnt have been more apologetic. it was comfy, clean, warm, and road noise was minimal considering how busy it was. i love this hotel! ive stayed in the palace in a standard room before, and it was excellent! i

The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.

i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating.
