  The staff were all excellent and extremely polite. I have stayed at far more expensive airport hotels and had much poorer service. The restaurant food was very good, but the chef needs to learn a little more about what medium and well done steaks are. They were both very undercooked.   I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink. Cleanness is perfect, my room was with sofa, spacious, with high speed internet connection. Exactly in front of the hotel is a bus stop for shuttle bus to get to Luton airport, the ticket costs 1,50. The bus goes every 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is very suitable for travellers going to or from the airport. Might be for business, probably not for long stay, because it is too far from the
