Clean large spotless rooms, good location, reasonable value for London. Good advice of free parking by concierge over weekend. Good shopping opportunities nearby. - An excellent room at a very good rate. Modern, clean, stylish. Everything was obviously of good quality. Very good breakfast.

Nice apartment at Westferry with two seperate bed- and bathrooms. Close to Docklands & Canary Wharf, if someone is interested in that area. Good and quiet (residential) area. -
Underground, DLR and boat into London all within 5 minutes walk.

the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel. All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless
in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed

rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

executive room for £40 per night which was good value as it then gave us

We were greeted immediately upon on our arrival from a very helpful, efficient member of the reception team. As we had arrived early our room wasn’t quite ready, but the receptionist immediately got onto the housekeeping to make it a priority.
