I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. A comfortable apartment with a great view and good links to the DLR and busses. Very good value for money. - Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. We only had to bring food ! The Reception Staff were extremely efficient, welcoming and helpful. Check in was hassle free - as was check out. We used the Room Service facility - the food that we ordered was extremely good and the service was very fast - we were very surprised at the speed our food arrived. Very friendly staff and extremely accomodating. Both rooms were of good size, and in excellent condition. Drinks facilities (tea, coffee, sugar) all present in the room. Table and chair on the balcony. Excellent sized beds and all furniture and furnishings were modern and comfy. SO close to Excela nd very easy access to the DLR underground. -
