comfortable, clean and very modern. the apartment was very easy to get to via car and taxi. we were also welcomed by the owners who were extremly welcoming and pleasant. would definately use it again. great value for money and over all an excellent stay. big thumbs up for Arinza! - It was like a home from home and easy to settle into.

Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. All the apartment basics were available such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc. nicely decorated and good central heating which had temperature control. On the scheduled dates of our stay the hotel suffered a leak. We were put into an apartment in another location the staff were most helpful and arranged the travel arrangements. We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping

We stayed at the themed hotel in Stanley Street, which bathes in an atmosphere of luxury, romance and festivity, also thanks to the themed floors/rooms and the friendly, bubbly staff. We had booked a room in Bold Street, but were upgraded to Stanley Street, so for £60, we had a very spacious room with 3 double beds and a Jacuzzi!

The staff were extremley friendly especially Sharon. We were taken upto our room and everything we could possibly need was there. We were given information about the surrounding area and felt very comfortable and welcome. The rooms are amazing and great for mates or yound couples the history of the place is a must for music fans!!! - The hotel room

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

everything. the city of liverpool is amazing and so are the people. mount pleasant was ideal for family. and liverpool fc won!!!!! - Location was good, and the appartments were excellant, the price was very cheap. Unbelievable value for money.
