The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean.

John Lennon Airport we did not hear any aircraft noise. We did not hear
any noise from other guests at all.The whole place looked as though it
had been newly painted, the carpets were clean and appeared to be new.

me and my boyfriend stayed at the hale guest house for one night, our stay there was amazing. we where made feel welcome straight away by Billy who greeted us at the door and showed us up to our room. breakfast was great and served when suits you. Billy is a kind and friendly host. It only takes 10 minutes and 2 pounds on the 82A bus (direction Runcorn) to get to the Hale Village Post Office and then it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. Best food close by is the Wellington pub - they have free WI-FI as does the guesthouse. Billy gave me a lift to the airport in the morning.

It was very convenient for visiting family who live nearby, and reasonably close to the city centre. It was clean spacious and comfortable. We appreciated having private car parking, and we liked being able to walk in Sefton Park. -

Everything! The owners were wonderful, really friendly, fun and provided lots of useful info about Liverpool. Our room for 3 adults was lovely and spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed. The location was perfect as I left my car there when I arrived and did not get into it again until I left as it was less than £5 into the centre for a taxi which was cheaper than £6.30 bus fare of £2.10 each. Compared to the cost of other accommodation we looked at, The Old Dairy was excellent value for m

Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there.
Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus

Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!
