  friendly staff ,lovely restaurant and cocktailbar,spacious lovely room,very comfortable,lovely modern design thoroughly enjoyable experience. - We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for my wife and I (in the double room) and my mother (in the single room). We loved the modern interior and facilities.   The staff team really worked together as a team and it really showed. rom the moment we entered the premises - which were lovely - the reception team including the duty manager made sure we felt welcome. When we couldn't wok the television a young man came almost immediately and fixed our small problem right away. Hotel du Vin is a tight group and... что говорят » we enjoyed ourselves to the max. Courtesy and good service make this note what it is which is fabulous. - The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured our stay with them was very pleasant. The service in the Bistro was excellent for both afternoon tea and the evening meal. The food was really good; we all enjoyed it very much Breakfast was first rate. The room was wonderful and we were upgraded which made our stay that little bit special
