  Our stay at Caspian was pleasant despite very gold weather in London. We enjoyed warm room, which is not always guaranteed even in 5-star hotels in London. We appreciated the staff's genuine and friendly approach to their clients. Effort had been put into interior design and we really liked both our room and the breakfast hall.
