From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. proximity to city centre & local bars & resturants - loved welcome pack!
Being able to park in own desinated car space in secure car park. Felt really safe & secure with the key fobs which had to be shown in order to gain access to doors & lifts! Beds very comfortable! Apartment clean & comfy! Lovely mountain views! -

I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! Excellent service. Apartment was outstanding. Very fast broadband. And you can bring your dog. Very satisfied customer. And I will be back. Highly recommend, five star all the way. - They were nicley renovated. had plenty of room and were well situated with nice tree lined surroundings.
