V nicely decorated and well sound-proofed considering it faced onto the main street in Kenilworth. Very friendly owners. Excellent facilities. Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.

The service was impeckable, we wouldost certainly return again and again. We have stayed in some of the best places in the world, but have to say this rates as being up there with the rest, however, we was a little dissappointed to find that the hotel is not quite finished. The staff was the most and friendliest staff we have ever met and which today is quite rare.

Overall lovely hotel - modern and clean comfortable rooms, fast service and helpfull staff, good quality food served till late and quick room service. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to others - although the hotel is huge and was very busy it was immaculately clean at all times and very friendly .
