The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

We were looking for a convenient hotel to stay the night before a flight from Bristol airport. There was no noise to be heard from the airport, which is surprising as it is only a mile away. Fantastic find. Even though they had only been up and running for one month, everything was spot on. We stayed in the family room - spotless, beautifully decorated, lovely underfloor heating, and extremely well equipped. Great views, and would be perfect for Bristol airport. The kitchen /sitting room was an added bonus, owners extremely friendly, and even tea/coffee/breakfast food was provided - not sure why anyone would want to stay in a hotel after this.

We just liked everything about it. The room was just lovely with everything you could want.
Sandra was very helpful, and everything that was promised in the advert happened. The food for nibbles and having breakfast was well thought out and excellent. I have recommended it to anyone who needs to stay overnight either for flights or a short break

An excellent stop over for flights from Bristol Airport. Very tastefully furnished, quiet and comfortable. Room was immaculate and owner very helpful, especially with free transfer to airport. Breakfast is self service, but there is plenty to satisfy you. Will use again.

Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning
flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very
comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for
breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub
free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful.
Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

We stayed here when travelling back from the airport. I had good communication prior to arriving and we were picked up and brought back to the airport the next day all free of charge. All the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a travel cot erected in the room prior to our arrival, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the wet room was fantastic. The room was clean and well equipped.The owners were very friendly, helpful and went out of there way to help to make my stay the best possible. The airport transfer was really good. Justsay when you want to go and you are taken, then on my return i phoned to say i had arrived and 3-4 minutes later they were there to collect me. Fantastic place and people.
